📦 Shipping Policy

We are based in the United Kingdom and offer both domestic and international shipping, including to the USA and EU.

🇬🇧 UK Orders

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Parcels are typically sent via Royal Mail or Evri, though another courier may be used depending on parcel size/weight.
• Delivery times: 3–5 working days (estimated).
• Please ensure your delivery details are correct — we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🌍 International Orders

We ship internationally to most countries. Orders are typically sent with Evri, Royal Mail, or FedEx, depending on the destination and parcel weight.

• Dispatch time: 1–2 working days.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–21 working days, depending on location and customs clearance times.
• The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
• Customs duties are calculated using the declared value of your parcel.
• The buyer is fully responsible for paying any import duties/taxes.
• Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) after ordering to avoid missing payment requests for import duties/taxes — orders will not be delivered until duties are paid.

🇺🇸 USA Orders

Due to recent changes in US import regulations, the duty-free threshold of $800 has been removed, and most international parcels are now subject to import duties and taxes.

• USA orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Typically shipped via FedEx or Evri (subject to parcel size/weight).
• You will receive an email from the courier with a payment link to pay the duties and taxes before delivery.
• Customs duties are calculated using the declared value of your parcel.
• The buyer is fully responsible for paying any import duties/taxes.
• Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) after ordering to avoid missing payment requests — orders will not be delivered until duties are paid.

If the item for any reason is not successfully returned to sender after failure to pay Duties/Taxes then unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for either Cost Of Goods or Shipping.

🇪🇺 EU Orders

• EU orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Typically shipped via FedEx or Evri, depending on parcel size/weight.
• You will receive an email from the courier with a payment link to pay the duties and taxes before the parcel is delivered.
• Customs duties are calculated based on the total value of the parcel and the country of origin.
• The buyer is responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and handling fees.

📦 Import Duties, Taxes & Refused Deliveries (All International Orders)

• All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which are not included in the product or shipping cost.
• These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid by the buyer.
• If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid import charges or incorrect address, we will:

Refund the item cost only (excluding original shipping), and Deduct any return shipping or handling fees from your refund.

Alternatively, we can re-ship your order once it is returned to us — additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier handling, or refusal to pay import fees.

Items returned must be in the same condition as when they were sent and must be in the same packaging.

Ammonite Nodule Bundles intended for cracking at home or for preparation are non-refundable.

The buyer is responsible to pay for the return postage.

A refund will be given for the item only. Potstage costs will not be reimbursed.

Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method once the item is returned and checked.
